JeuDerm Nodules and Hard Lumps Formation

Doctor, I had two rounds of Juvelook injections in my right cheek about two years ago. Now, there is a small bump and a circular shadow on my right cheek, which seems to be a nodule or lump complication from the Juvelook. I heard that since Juvelook is not Hyaluronic Acid (HA), it cannot be dissolved or removed, and that treatment might leave a depression instead of a bump, making it basically untreatable. Is this situation hopeless, or is there a way to make the nodule disappear and restore a smooth surface? Thank you!
