Overvprojection on lateral cheek. I did not want or schedule for the lateral cheeks but it was done. The left cheek now looks unnaturally high and overprojects. My surgeon told me that he placed the fat deep on my bone and the deep plane. Is there anything that can be done to remove deep laced fat grafts?
